What the work is
Make the efficient appliance the one people buy.
Much of the energy a home will use for the next decade is decided at the store, in a hurry, after the old appliance failed. We build the checkout where that decision is made: the Enervee Score® makes the efficient model obvious, the rebate is applied on the spot, financing is approved on the spot, delivery and haul-away are in the same order.
We do this for utilities and state programs, under their brand, and we are measured on what customers buy. Independent evaluators, not our own dashboards, decide whether it worked. That keeps the work interesting, most days.
