It is easy and will only take a few minutes to complete, follow the steps outlined below.
You are receiving the email due to some connection issues to your bank account enrolled in Autopay. This can happen for a number of reasons, commonly multi-factor authentication setting for your bank is configured not to remember trusted devices or login credentials changing. In order to correct this issue follow the steps outlined below.- Log-in to your borrower portal at my.ecofinancing.com.
- Click "Loan Options".
- Select "Manage Payment Methods".
- Click "Delete" for the payment method.
- Confirm you want to delete the payment method.
- Click "+ Add payment method".
- Choose the "Bank Account (ACH)" option.
- Select "Autofill using bank login".
- The Plaid modal will launch, follow the steps first by selecting your banking institution from the menu.
- You will be redirected back to the borrower portal once the connection is complete. Enter your name associated with the bank account and confirm the details presented. Once confirmed click "Add".
- Once your bank account is reconnected, navigate to the loan account where Autopay was set up for originally.
- Click "Loan Options".
- Select "Manage Autopay".
- Select the frequency and day you want autopay to occur.
- Choose the payment method you want to have Autopay set up for.
- You can review the Autopay payment schedule by clicking “View full payment schedule”.
- Approve Authorization for Recurring payments in the pop up window.
- You will receive an email with your new Autopay details and copy of the Autopay consent.
