Our return process with Best Buy to start the cancellation/refund of your loan.
We do not offer exchanges and should a customer exchange an Eco Financing order with Best Buy – your Cancellation/Refund process will be delayed significantly.
If you would like to return your order as well as cancel your loan for a refund contact support via Chat Bot or Email. Please provide your full name, email, phone number and the reason for the return so we may contact Best Buy for a return pickup.
Once Best Buy updates Eco Financing support on the customers scheduled return pickup, we will contact the customer to inform them of the return pickup date and time. After Best Buy picks up the customers appliance(s) and cancels your order, our financing team will confirm with Best Buy to begin the cancellation/refund of your loan at which point will take up to to 7 business days.
Note* when Best Buy delivers your order be sure to inspect it and if you notice any damage has occurred you may refuse delivery and tell the driver you want to return – not exchange.
Once a customer accepts delivery you have 15 days to contact us regarding any defects and you can contact support via Chat Bot or Email with the necessary information.
