Instead of making a manual payment every month, you authorize us to deduct payments directly from your checking/savings account or debit card for the then due amount the day of your scheduled due date. If your payment fails please see this FAQ. If your account is past due at the time of your next recurring payment, your account will only be debited for the recurring monthly payment amount and any incurred late fees; this does not include the total past due amount. If you have a past due amount at the time of the next recurring payment you will need to make a one-time payment if there is an overdue amount on your loan account.
