I added my bank account information manually. What do I do now?

After adding a Bank Account (ACH) payment method you will be required to validate the account via micro-deposits.

If the bank account details are entered manually, the system will trigger a micro-deposit process. This is used to validate that the bank account belongs to you. The system will make two micro deposits to the bank account. This might take 1-2 business days for the amounts to appear in your bank account.

When you see the amounts in your bank account, you need to log into the borrower portal and enter the amounts to verify the account details. If you do not complete the process within 3 days, you will receive a reminder email. You will have 3 attempts to enter the correct amount.
