Where do I find my loan documents?

You can find your loan documents including your loan agreement and consumer reports disclosure within the borrower portal for each loan account.

Steps to access your loan documents:

1. Log-in to the borrower portal my.ecofinancing.com
2. Select the loan account you want to view the documents for
3. Under you account number there is a tab labeled Documents
4. Click Documents
5. Select the document you would like to view
6. You can view and download your documents
